Roll-to-roll printed memories successfully demonstrated

InkTec Co., Ltd. ("InkTec") headquartered in Kyungki-do, Korea, a world-class research and manufacturing company in the field of Printed Electronics, and Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") of Oslo, Norway, announces today that they have produced fully functional printed memory products in a roll-to-roll ("R2R") high volume printing process.

Annual report 2008

The board of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") resolved in its meeting on 24 March 2009 the final annual financial statements for 2008. There si only an insignificant change of NOK 0.1 million in the net result of the year and the equity compared to the preliminary report resolved on 24 February 2009. The annual report for 2008 is enclosed in pdf file.

Thinfilm plans to hold its annual general meeting on 6 May 2009 for consideration and resolution of the usual matters. The notice will be issued in due course.
