Financial Statements 2007, Annual General Meeting date
The board of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") resolved in its meeting on 28 March 2008 the final annual financial statements for 2007. The net result of the year and the equity were unchanged from the preliminary report resolved on 26 February 2008.
Thinfilm plans to hold its annual general meeting on 7 May 2008 for consideration and resolution of the usual matters. The notice will be issued in due course.

Agreement with Weyerhaeuser Company
Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") announces that Thinfilm has entered into an agreement with Weyerhaeuser Company ("Weyerhaeuser") in Washington, USA.
Thinfilm has been selected to develop a process and material set to provide proof of concept for a printed ferroelectric memory. Weyerhaeuser holds proprietary technology to design and develop low cost, item-level RFID tags for inventory control and supply-chain applications.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

In connection with the listing of Thinfilm's Class A shares on Oslo Axess, a presentation was given to the press, analysts, investors and other interested parties at Oslo Børs on 30 January 2008 at 12.00. The presentation was given by CEO Johan Carlsson. Chairman Morten Opstad and board member William R. Salaneck were also available for questions and comments.
